Hi,
I have modded 4 consoles with Picofly (RP2040 Zero),and this one gives me headache.Already done 2 OLEDs with no problem.
So when powering on,it's normal blue, then it goes 2 yellows and boots in OFW.Firmware is 2.72.From new FW readme,it's the RST problem, and usually everyone is having DAT0 problem.

Things that I tried:
Another RP2040 Zero with 2.67 FW.
Changed DAT0 flex,it reads around 0.6 with both flex cables.
Readings:
GND
3.3 - 0.6
DAT0 - 0.6
CMD - 0.6
CLK - 0.6
RST - 0.96
CPU - 0.68

Done it with v2 cable on CPU:
Two pins are normal (around 0.15) and two GND are ok.

Checked wiring 10 times and continuity.

Does anyone have some suggestions?
Thanks.

Update:
2 long yellows means it's CLK.I've done it 5 times, and still the same.
Removed DAT0,got long+short.Soldered back.
Removed CMD,got short+long.Soldered back.
So everything is ok,but CLK is still not.

How did you update without usb c port?

I have one rp with wrong 2.72 firmware and I’d like to update it to 2.73

I put the USB back with a hot air and a little bit of soldering. It shouldn't be hard. You need a boot switch also.
