Hardware Picking up a Wii U

Lately I've been getting that itch to pick up a Wii U since my Wii is not working. Is there a link or can someone recommend a bundle to pick up so that I am able to install Loadiine? I am also interested in installing homebrew on the vWii side. Is picking a refurbished unit from Nintendo a good and reliable option?

Pick up a basic white bundle, as far as I know none are on 5.5 or higher.
