Hacking Physical games on CFW

Is there a way to play my physical copy of Smash Brothers while I have CFW 4.5 running on my 3DS XL?

Smash Bros won't work on 4.5 and I doubt there is a way to make it work, it probably needs new SDK features.

rxtools, setup emunand and update to 9.7, but to use it together with the free cfw you will need to set up a dual emunand setup, guides exist, have a search

Thank you for pointing me in the right direction. That answered my 2nd question of eShop access. Now what I am wondering is if there is a way to backup all the purchases and stuff on my official SD card so I can use it in emuNand

just backup all files in SD card, setup emunand, and restore it back
it will still run normally in both sysnand and emunand
