n Photo Fighter X, you build your roster of fighters by taking photos of your buddies in a variety of set poses. The game walks you through the task of setting up the images for not just the fighter win and lose profiles, but also the kick, punch, walk, and fireball motions, as well as the poses for taunts and falls and the object you'll use as your projectile. The "create a fighter" mode is a simple matter of having your friend (or yourself) pose in the position that's drawn on the screen. You'll need to fit within the silhouette for it to look right in action, but even if you're cut off it'll still come out OK.

No word on a US release...yet.

Nah Flipnote Studio is far better and still that isn't a reason to get a DSi.

Yeah, this game alone isn't enough to make people buy the DSi.

    Well that's funny.

I was about to jump in here and say:
"Hmmm... i might have to pick up a DSi for this!"

Looks like i'm in a lone boat.

Oh, and I am very easily amused.

EDIT: i just watched the gameplay video. I just changed my mind.
I'll HAVE to get a DSi for this. I mean, if there's a US release.

Okay, so maybe saying that it is the reason to get a DSi is a bit harsh, but it is still a great game! [IMG]

I would be impressed if it vectorized people. This...? Not so much.

The game looks like its definitley worth the 2 bucks but probably not worth the money to buy a dsi just to play this game lol. It would be really cool if they let you take a picture of yourself and others and it turned the picture into a cartoon and you fought using your created cartoon people.
