Yeah, patch the rom via the guide or find a pre patched rom on the seven seas.

Then use your thumb on the d-pad. Think that covers the "how"

I´m a begginer in english, i want to find wup installer file with my cousin Jack Sparrow and no luck.

Try another base rom. I injected my own one many moons ago... I forget what I used as a base and don't have the wup or rom anymore I'm afraid.

Dunno if you knew but there is this handy wiki for nds injections. I personally found it super helpfull when I did nds injections last time.
