I'm still new to using ad-hoc, only used it for a few games.
This game doesn't REQUIRE a PS3 does it? You can just download xlink kai and use that?

Why can't they just put in a normal ad-hoc system where you just get some friends around and play? >:o

It has that. Xlink or Ad-hoc Party just uses that existing ad-hoc ability over the internet. It tunnels the information to other PSPs. You can still play local wireless games just fine.

So it has the normal ad-hoc system found in most games.

What IS ad-hoc party then? And if there's no online, what's the additional feature with Xlink or a PS3 for?

yeah phantasy star (which is a online multiplayer game) has no online multiplayer at its PSP port

but you can play with 3 ppl + yourself if you are all in the same room or with xlink kai

but not only the missing multiplayer sucked but as well the missing trade feature ! you play with friends get perfect weapon for his class and no chance to give it to him -.-

Damn, it's taking so long to be dumped. It's disappointing that you can't trade items or even fight against other players with ad-hoc.... Darn I feel really sad...

It's really taking long. Long awaited games usually get dumped the same day. I don't hope there's some kind of anti-piracy protection..

Meh, I tried the demo, and I can see it getting boring very quickly. I went through the story mode, and the first Multi mission, killed that dragon.. if the game is more of the same I'll pass.

if i am not completely bling those slackers did take out the download funktion -.- so it seems no new missions and extra holliday levels for english version ...

well at least the translation seems to be at least ok (dunno if the text is translated correct at least its understandable unlike the translation in games like yugioh where you don't understand the translation at all XD)

So far, this game is awesome. Imported all 5 of my level 20 characters, and I've been having a lovely time going through the game. I can tell already, I'll be playing the hell out of this game for a long time. Oh, and just to follow suit, here's a quick screenshot:

Wow I just checked which firmware was required via UMDGen and it says 3.95

There is no way a game like this would have such a low firmware requirement is there?

I tried the game and It's fun

. It took 40 minutes for me to download the ISO. (ISO is 1GB & CSO is 8..MB)
