Hacking Persona3FES classics save editor?

Are there easy method for save edits? im look for persona 3 fes save editor without have to mod the digital copy of my game just edit the save itself like the persona 4 golden save editor.

I dunno. The only one that I found is this, but I tried to turn it into an exe, failing everytime. I guess there is a problem with some files
