ROM Hack Persona Q2 Canon Names Patch not working

Hello,
I am having problems with this patch, I am using an installed Persona Q2 game with the Canon name patch without mod.cpk. I have Luma3ds updated to the latest version and enabled game patching, but it doesn't work.

Thank you to anyone who could help me.
