How far can developers strech SNES emulation on the NDS? Will it ever reach ZSNES levels of perfection?
Please enlighten me!

I don't think it would be possible, seeing as how most games like super mario rpg will never work perfectly, due to the fact that the special chips required to emulate it are 3x more powerful than the snes itself. That's probably like the N64 right there!

Games like donkey kong struggle on the psp. So i think games of that calibur are out of the question . Maybe one day we will see some games at full speed with sound but not much.

Well, Donkey Kong Country 1 seems to run okay on SNEmulDS pretty well (Except it speeds up really fast so you might wanna enable vblank) the last time I checked.

zsnes is far from perfect, the closest you can get on PC is bsnes, and even that isn't completely 100% (not that any emulator ever will be)

no it probably won't ever reach a perfect state... but if the authors keep working, emulators will be strong. I'm hoping for more priority on getting Chrono Trigger, Secret of Mana and Seiken Densetsu 3 running perfectly than any other SNES games.
