Never got to a fight, mainly because the person showed themselves to be cowardly. In my situation it was 2 lads of my age taking the piss out of someone with downs syndrome.

I got someone banned from the Gamestop store I worked at. The store manager and I were cool as well and this jerk came in, laughing at me and trying to belittle me for being a girl working in a game store and being the only girl there. Then he started making racial comments about me being a black girl working there, so right when he came to the register, I took my break. Went to the back, told the store manager, he got banned from Gamestop.

I'm sorry there are people in the world who are like that, you have a lot of courage to not turn around and sock him one, I applaud you, for my temper would have unleashed. Can't believe a 35 year old man would be such a child. You have more jewels than he does, that's for sure.

There are some real arse holes out there. My friend Nicky was in a car accident many years ago. Her little sister died as a result and she had to have three holes drilled into the back of her head to keep her alive. The bullies at our school got wind of this news and without a shred of morality decided to pick on her about it. An event that left her permenantly scarred and killed her little sister. Now that's evil. But what's worse is that when she tried to defend herself, they attacked her. During the fight she took a blow to the head.

Nicky died in hospital a few hours later. God rest her soul. She was sweet and innocent and she died because people these days have no morality left at all. Thankfully the little bastards are now in prison, where they will remain for some considerable time. But that won't bring her back. Nothing will. I feel your pain, buddy. We all encounter these arse holes in our lives. The best advice I can give is to stand up to them. Because if you don't put them in their place then they just keep getting worse, and before you know it we've lost another Nicky.

iFish, people are arseholes. its the way of the world. If you don't fit in you will often be ridiculed by some idiots in society. I have a very dim view of humanity overall...perhaps its why I'm such a depressing person. I'd say you just have to rise above it but I know that its harder to do than say. I get ridiculed at school (at least it seems like that to me) by a lot of people, even those younger than me, and it really gets to me that I feel so universally laughed at by everyone. Its just something you'll have to try and cope with, or maybe you'll be able to ignore it unlike me.

100% truth. I was there, I fought in that battle, I have a scar of my own as a consequence, and I was by her side when she died. My intention was to show that it can be worse. And to perhaps inspire people to put these bastards in their place instead of just tolerating it before it does get worse. Perhaps a grim way of doing it but the most effective methods are always the shocking ones.

People are assholes. It's a way or life. Get over it. People are assholes, but they can be kind as well. You gotta get over it. Either that, or you'll be utterly depressed and down your entire life. People will kill, maim, hurt, and taunt others for their own gain. It's happened since mankind evolved from...whatever we decided to evolve from. Heck, other animals do it. "Dog eat dog World". Sucks, but it's true.

As for sympathy...well...I've always found that people overglorify death. It's death.

I've know a person or two with tourettes. I Lawled years ago when he was talking about my sister, and by context, called her a fat ass. How I miss my childhood.

Whats curious to me is why do they always seem to blurt out the most offensive words in our language? Apparently people with Tourettes can't control what they say but I never hear them blurt out any nice words? If they had no control then every word in their vocabulary would be fair game, right? I think in the very least there's some sort of sub-conscious activities going on in the background that would sooner make you blurt out the word faggot than you would sweetheart or kitten. Maybe Tourettes made you a cold person deep down and you have no positive feelings about the entire human race. Just saying...
