Was running into some errors on my first run. Reading the errors I noticed read and write attempts to a non-existent folder were to blame. So I created that folder (gadgetcaches) and now everything runs perfectly.

Daeken thanks so much for revealing this bit of info about 3.0 ok so can anyone post the list of games that have the 3.0 update? To my knowledge it's just pokken tournament or are there any others? Run's off to buy pokken tournament....
