Hacking PeachDS or Modchipcentral for Sky3ds+ in Canada?

I am this close to cracking down on buying/pre-ordering the Sky3ds+, but now is time for a showdown between PeachDS and Modchipcentral. So, who have you had better experience with? People that order from Canada would be a better standpoint for me, but both seem pretty trustworthy no matter what...
And would a MasterCard Vanilla Prepaid work?
An actual detailed experience you had with each/one of them would be helpful and not just saying the name...

i have used peach and they accept gift cards, but they will send you a e-mail asking can you pay with other payment method (since they dont want to pay merchant fees) and if you do pay with other method they will take $4 dollars off, DO NOT BUY THEIR MEMORY CARDS, they screwed me, sent me a crappy transcend brand memory card and only half my games worked and they would not refund me, saying the card was not defective, i had to buy my own sandisk memory card and the games worked (if you buying a sky3ds buy a sandisk memory card), they shipped from san jose california.

FYI: there needs to be a balance of at least 1 dollar remaining to run transactions, so remember that, if you buy something for $70 make sure there is $71 on card.

Its not that they don't want to pay merchant fees they can't accept them as paypal does not allow the acceptance of payment for flash cards.

i meant they ASKED ME TO PAY WITH PAYPAL, google walet, venmo. when i tried to pay with a gift card, i meant they did not want to pay the gift card transaction merchant fee.

They are both legitimate. Why not paypal me your money and I'll find something to do with it.

You've been around this forum long enough to see the amount of threads that pop up asking the same questions as yours. If you haven't than do some leg work.

Definitely ModChipCentral, You can pay in CAD if you pay using an Interac E-Transfer...
Which is immediately a lot cheaper than paying in USD..

(i would just avoid the gift card since most canadian banks have e-transfer)

If you do end up getting a gift card, get a visa one... they're more widely accepted

wewaware is best in Canada. his pricing, which is in CAD, is typically good compared to other sellers and shipping is fast. its where ill be buying my card whenever theyre available.
