I have PCSX2 version 0.9.6 in my "My Documents" folder. I also have 0.9.7 installed into "Program Files". I do this because each has its advantages in compatibility with certain games. Anyway, 0.9.7 seems to not want to save its settings anymore. I have the most recent version installed. So, every time I run it, I have to set up through the first time settings menu. Is it a conflict between the 2 versions? I know this isn't a PCSX2 website, but a lot of you here probably know the answer to this. And, I don't want to set up an account on the PCSX2 board just to ask 1 question.
Run as Administrator. If you've installed in Program Files without selecting a directory elsewhere, you'll need to do it.
