Homebrew PCSX doesn't work

ive been trying to use PCSX for quite sometime but it refuses to start. It freezes on boot with the following error message. What could be the issue here?

Well for one, it literally says you are using the Null video driver, aka none at all. It even mentions that you won't be able to see anything.

Haven't read it tbh lmao assumed somebody else would and know how to fix it. Even if I did read it, I wouldn't know what to do to fix it.
