A friend of mine, who works for HP, asks if you have it plugged in. If not, plug it in.
He is suggesting all these steps.
Second, make sure the power strip is turned on.
Third, make sure it's plugged in all the way.
Fourth, there might be an on/of switch on the power supply. Make sure that is in the on position.
Fifth, make sure the switch red switch that says 110/220 is in the 110 position. Sometimes you have to reset the power supply by putting it on 220 and back to 110.
Sixth, check the outlet. It could have burned out.
Seventh, the power cord could have gone bad. It can happen.
Eighth, if all else fails, then your power supply has gone bad and you need to replace it.
