Hi recently I bought 2 A-Data 4gb class 6 microsdhc and it comes with an microsd adapter but when I put the microsd adapter in my PC it doesnt recognize it. My PC doesn't do anything. Any help would be appreciated.

Well I'm gonna use this microsd for my Acekard.

Well that may be so but still has nothing to do with Acekard. It's a MicroSD, adapter, and/or PC issue. Should probably have been posted in the "NDS - Flashing Hardware and Software" section.

Anyways, you said you put the adapter into your PC but did you insert the microsd into the adapter first? Your PC needs to install drivers the first time you use it (this is automatic and takes a couple mins tops).

Of course I putted the microsd into the adapter but now I think I know what the problem might be. Maybe my computer doesn't recognize SDHC cards cause I tried it on my cousins laptop and it worked.

Step 1: Install Linux.

Step 2: Insert Micro SD with a working card reader.

???

PROFIT!

linux works great for sd card burning. I get fast read/write speeds and no issues. so do that

Use the Ubuntu Live CD, no installation needed.

Yeah, I have the same problem, only it used to work fine. My computer with windows xp installed no longer accepts my a data 4 gb micro sd or my 16 gb sd. I've tried 4 different adapters, all of which used to work fine, but the computer still won't read it. I tried the hotfix but when i attempt to install it it says something like "latest windows xp service pack installed, no need for this update". Anyone know how to force the update to install anyway?
