PC Download iPhone apps won't sync!

Let's get to the point, iPhone apps downloaded from my computer (iTunes) wont sync.

I can sync everything else like music (iTunes bought) just fine etc.

When i try to sync it, it says im not authorized.

Then i click store>authorize and the same thing pops up again.

Any help?

And also, if i want to unjailbreak an iPhone all i have to do is restore right?

EDIT: And also if i jailbreak it, will updating the firmware, syncing music etc just be the same?

If the apps are cracked, you need to apply a patch via a Cydia repo.
If they are not cracked, make sure your iPhone and your Apple ID are tied together. You can check this in Settings > Store.

A restore should cover your tracks, should you require a repair from Apple. If iTunes doesn't want to play nice with the iPhone, try using recovery mode.

When you jailbreak, upgrades won't be entirely the same… It is recommended you start fresh (restore to the new firmware… pwned or not is your option, and don't use a backup) to upgrade a jailbroken device to wipe out your old hacks and avoid possible issues.

Syncing data (music, movies, legal apps...) is not affected.
