Hacking Paypal Shopping

Hello there, sorry to barge in here and ask a question that might be a bit silly
As i've seen a lot of flashcart distros have been blocked by paypal as a payment service.
Sadly, this is currently my only way I can purchase one.*
I was wondering if there are still some online distributors that accept paypal, be it through the site or messaging them personally?
If not, any sites I can transfer my paypal cash into that sites still allow?

Very trustworthy. I do business with them ALL the time. They are also apart of ShopTemp (GBAtemp homepage top/left side, listed under "Site Navigation")

Update for those who care: Bought it on April 30th from v2watch, just recieved. (About 20 days past)
Seems to work fine, didn't come upgraded past the 3DS 3.0.0.6 firmware, so it's a good thing I have a spare DS to upgrade it with.
