It is currently impossible to send payload.bins on the console (and probably will remain that way because it doesn't make sense). Either buy SX Pro, make a dongle yourself, use an Android Phone, or have a jailbroken iPhone send the payload.bin

In your case if you have a android phone, use the payload sender for android, and download the payload to your phone

Just know that your 'Android Phone' needs to have a specific function. Can't remember what it's called, but you can Google the NX Loader dev's Twitter and ask.

But seriously, I agree it's ridiculous to not have access to a computer and try to perform hacks as the OP is attempting. Lots of people wouldn't use a computer for more than just browsing the web to check out their facebook account or other basic stuff, so they ditched that when smart phones became common. Now when they try to do something slightly more involved, they're stuck and realize their limitations.Similar threads

Eventhough the New 3DS XL is more powerful, I still feel like the DS Lite was a more polished system. It's a real shame that it never got an XL variant keeping the GBA slot. You'd have to go on AliExpress and buy an ML shell to give a DS phat the unofficial "DS Lite" treatment, and that's the best we'll ever get I'm afraid.+1 -
