This has proven to be more annoying than I like. While using a USB loader works, I want to use the Wii Menu. Searching for info led me to a whole load of .iso tools and nothing for .wads.

I just want for Europeans to play those Mystery Dungeon games without workarounds. The current versions are in NTSC mode and all that.

Almost all PAL TVs can display NTSC video signals. It is preferrable to use the original video signal when possible and not mess with the video mode, for a number of reasons. Why do you need it to be PAL?

PAL and NTSC signals have a slightly different resolution/pixel aspect ratio so converting between them isn't 1:1 accurate.
