patching a wii disc for error 003

is there anyway to patch a wii disc for autoboot? i have a bricked korean wii and i heard i need to have a patched autoboot burned disc.

You can use Hex Editor to modify First word of Disc ID to zero or use Wii BootMe to patch ISO image.

i tried looking for "wii bootme" but i couldn't find it at all, its not even on archive.org, i do know how to use a hex editor so i'll just use that instead, thanks for your reply!

Have you managed to solve your Wii problem?
I'm trying to recover a Wii from error 003
Mario Kart Wii and Carnival Games worked perfectly with autoboot
But when I try to run smash bros brawl, it shows a message "Please insert the Super Smash Bros Brawl Game Disc"
It seems that Brawl doesn't work when you change the game ID

Edit: this happens when you try to use an NTSC Super Smash Bros Brawl image. You have to use a PAL image. But it will only work on PAL Wiis. On NTSC Wiis, you will have to swap discs.
