Hardware Patched Switch and TX

So i just wanted to know if i buy newest switch which was patched can i buy TX and use it without any problems? And with TX console will be banned from accessing eShop instantly am i right?

TX has not released their fix for patched units nor have they given any timeframe on when they will release such a thing. Also, no bans are instantaneous; if you are smart, you can use a hacked console while reducing your chances of getting banned greatly. Just check the pinned threads under CFW/Softmods.
