No. But you can run NTR after, it won't reboot the console and so it won't re-enable the sig checks.

did you placed the file "arm9payload.bin" on the root of the SD card ? if not, place it in the root of the card.

Oh, you can remove the UNTESTED!.
Now it is tested and it perfectly works.
