Hardware PARTNER-CTR CAPTURE and IS-NITRO-CAPTURE Software and Manual

Hi,

I am looking of the stuff mentioned in the title, basically I am looking for the software (english is preffered, but I'll take japanese if english isn't possible) and manual (in english) for the PARTNER-CTR CAPTURE and IS-NITRO-CAPTURE, I know there is a manual online for the PARTNER-CTR but it's a very old one from 2010, I am sure there's has been much more up to date versions released since then.

But the most importants are the softwares, they are what permits to go into the configuration menus to choose the video out options, capture pictures and videos of the output.

According to the 2010 manual available online for the PARTNER-CTR the software name for the CAPTURE should look something like this:

"PARTNER-CTR-CAPTURE_XXXX.exe"

And once installed and launched it should look like this (see attached file).

Just sign up for nintendo's dev program. It's free to the public for 3ds and wiiu dev kits etc.
Just google nintendo dev portal.

It also gives choice of jpn or english language.
