do you wanna bet?I'd have to disagree, also its easy to lose or crush the foil
Oh yea a paper clip on its own is not good or reliable and can damage the switch but a properly made jig is the safestdo you wanna bet?
yesterday i tried 50 plus times using paper clips etc
inserted paper foil and viola
12 times in a row with no errors.
yes, that, you dont need anything else, there is a video, just put a tiny piece on your joycon in the correct pins. It works perfectly. Not need for stupid jigs and crap like that.you mean the ones we cover food with ??
would that work?

buy one online or get sx proIs a Jig the only way to join RCM? I'm too stupid to bend one...
the post above yours provides a much simpler solution. i too tried to use a paperclip for the better part of a day with no success. the foil method worked for me in one attempt, although I found the youtube video fairly useless besides the visual of which pins need to be connected. in the video the guy manages to fold a half inch by half inch square of foil into a small strip 1 mm wide. he does this using a process that is fast forwarded past for time. the insertion of said magical strip is not shown in the video at all.Is a Jig the only way to join RCM? Paper foil is a good option too!!the post above yours provides a much simpler solution. i too tried to use a paperclip for the better part of a day with no success. the foil method worked for me in one attempt, although I found the youtube video fairly useless besides the visual of which pins need to be connected. in the video the guy manages to fold a half inch by half inch square of foil into a small strip 1 mm wide. he does this using a process that is fast forwarded past for time. the insertion of said magical strip is not shown in the video at all.
my advice is fold a piece of foil in quarters, cut a small strip off with scizzors, and try to place it as shown in the picture above, taping to secure.
what in the FUCK is paper foilPaper foil is a good option too!!
Metal paper u use to cover lunch!!what in the FUCK is paper foil
Jerry PM me when you see this. I would like to know if you would sell one and how much. Not bad. You can get a 3d printed one for like $5, I sell them myself. They last longer and won't bend out of shape and short anything else out.
You can buy them on ebay and aliexpress.Jerry PM me when you see this. I would like to know if you would sell one and how much.
Once you have entered RCM, you can remove the jig. Unless you install AutoRCM, you will need to use the jig each time you want to enter RCM.Use it just once then remove the paperclip ?
