Hello everyone. Faced with such a problem, on the official firmware of nintendo games were downloaded to the main memory to the maximum. After I installed the firmware, I saw that there was no free space, I switched to the official one and deleted all the data, the system memory was empty, then I went to the firmware, but the switch shows that the memory is full, maybe someone has encountered it too?

Yes, this is normal.

When you installed custom firmware, you made a copy ('emuMMC') of the system memory ('sysMMC'). After this, the two copies do not affect each other, so deleting games from the official firmware will not delete them on custom firmware (and installing games on custom firmware does not lead to a ban unless you connect to the internet with custom firmware).
