dr mario doesn't work with me, just reboots my wii

same here, i'm going to wait for it to appear on a private tracker it will be dumped properly that way.

it was this release that didn't work btw

It's not the dump. It's your Wii, it needs to be updated.. Do a system update and it WILL download an update. I have the same exact release and am NTSC-U and it works fine using freethewads.

Got Star Soldier R. It's alright for a few minutes, but I can't figure out how to kill the final boss on 5 Minute mode.

i have firmware 3.2E latest firmware, i do not want to install the IOS37 firmware though.

Me neither, would like to keep Trucha exploit does the WiiWare download remove this?

This is already known since the JAP release of Dr. Mario... You do an update, and it downloads a VERY small update and then Dr. Mario works.. This happened to me on the JAP release, and since i did the update then, the PAL release didn't require me to update this time, it just worked... Just check the comments on private trackers on the JAP release and it will say the same... Have fun..

I've tried Pop (NTSC), Dr Mario (PAL), Star Soldier R (PAL) and DYC (NTSC) on my Pal Wii.

The only one that doesn't work is DYC, it just goes to a black screen and doesn't load up :/

I've had this with a few games but I restart my wii and it works fine although that doesn't seem to be the case with this one...

Is there a way to solve this problem?

it does work on PAL .
there are several version out there , try another one , just uninstall the former one before trying to install the new one.
I got it , on a pal wii.

Dr. Mario & Germ Buster is a ton of fun. I like the added challenge in the normal game where it goes up to 99 instead of capping at 84 like in the original game.

The Germ Buster mode is a little goofy, but also is kinda fun.

Online play is totally awesome.

All usa and pal release works fine on pal wii 3.2E !
Beware a certain release of defend your castle create an invalid ticket and cannot be re-downloaded even if it's erased with wad uninstaller.
