Hacking PAL, NTSC

I've read that PAL backups run better with the softmod(not sure if it's true or not?) but I have a NTSC wii. Should I stick with NTSC backups?

And if I have a PAL .iso..
I'm a little confused on when I should be using RegionFrii and whatever else I need to do..

If your gonna play pal games on your ntsc wii, you will need to patch it with brickblocker1.3 ,and regionfrii
. The only downside is the different resolutions (parts of screen may be cut out).

There is no need to patch the games with regionfrii or brickblocker when using with the copy loader.

Simply burn the iso and play.
