i have a NTSC system with WiiKey.

i was wondering if i downloaded a PAL iso game and used regionfrii and brickblocker on it, will it brick my ntsc system?

No, it won't brick your system. Just change from PAL to NTSC in RegionFrii. Note that some games won't work though. Use the [NTSC Compatibility List] to see if it's compatible ahead of time.

EDIT: Also, yes, use BrickBlocker.

whats the difference between regionfrii and brickblocker? I thought that both of them got rid of updates and changed the region to your desired region? Or does regionfrii JUST change the region and brickblocker JUST gets rid of the update? I have a 3.3 U wii console so will regionfrii work ? (That is... If i have to use both programs to run pal games)

Correct; RegionFrii only changes the region and BrickBlocker only removes the update. RegionFrii will still work on 3.3U, but I think you'll have to go through Gecko OS.
