Hacking Overwrite DS retail with save?

Sorry if this is at the wrong section.
Right now, I have Pokemon Pearl, and a Acekard 2.1. I managed to backup my ROM, and Save through the Windows OS. I want to play my backup roms through my Acekard 2.1. I was wondering if there is an way to transfer my Acekard 2.1 save onto my Retail save. If so, how?
I just find it easier to carry one cart that carries all my games, than to carry multiple carts.

savsender and other wifi backup tools. I personally use savsender to send saves to my diamond. Get savsendrecieve or something like that from the downloads section as well so you can just use a gui to figure out what to do.
