It's looking a lot better in motion, and seems to me that it makes a good use of the Wii unique controls.

Also, on the second video, the guy states that Codemasters has plans for more Wii games directed to the "core" crowd in the future.

When I heard this game's goin' to be released on Wii I thought "Hurray!".
Then I saw some Pics. of the DS Version und thought "Nooo!!"
My Prediction would be every ds AND wii platformer aren't good engough -.-
Hope it'll going to be good, though

Its not a platformer.

ONM said this about the Wii game when they played it at Lezpig:
"If you ever played the 360 version of Overlord this is similar. It's not a 360 remake though, it's a completely new game. If you're not familiar with it, you play the Overlord, a powerful lad who has the ability to control minions: little imps and goblins with different abilities. You can make the imps fight enemies for you (by selecting them with the Remote) and generally get them to cause chaos for you. You can also grab your minions by the throat, shake them around a bit until they get worked up, then send them running towards your enemies at which point they explode. Awesome stuff. "

They're also positive about the DS game which is said to be more of a puzzler.
