Overclock Undocked GPU?

I am trying to run skyrim at 50 FPS using NX-Fpslocker and Sys-Clk. Unfortunately, outside dungeons, it lingers around ~35 FPS. Changing the memory and CPU frequencies seems to do nothing. I assume it's a GPU bottleneck, but I can't change the GPU at all and I think it's because I'm playing handheld. Any way I can change it's frequency while in handheld?

For starters, use Switch OC Suite and overclock RAM too. RAM is actually the bottleneck for many games, for example TotK. Dunno about Skyrim, but worth a try imo.
