You can set it up, but you don't actually need it. You can simply use the HBL CIA. Just use menuhax to access Decrypt9 for the FBI injection-

If I were you I would first understand how things work, like menuhax, coldboot, installing CIAs and everything else.

OTP/arm9loaderhax are a step further. They can brick your device if you do something wrong.

Simply set up menuhax. My boot rate with it is at least 60%.

My bootrate shot up when I started using the 2.6 payload so you can try that with menuhax and see if yours goes up

Can someone help me?

The thing is,I already had an EmuNAND(unlinked and formatted with that GW Tool),but in Part 4,the guide told me to format it Twice,so I did it.

Ended up with 3 different IDs on NINTENDO 3DS Folder.
One is my sysnand.
The other is the OLD EmuNAND,and the third looks to be the EmuNAND that recently formatted.

How to proceed now?
How do I check if they are really unlinked ?

I don't think so. The guide restores your emuNAND, so I don't think you'll have problems with that.

0x108 includes the TWL ID, which isn't currently used for anything but may come in handy in the future so I have users dump it anyways.

I hate to be that guy but its already up to page 106. On a N3DSXL so the only risky bit is flashing the Sysnand with the 2.1 build?
If it fails then I need to hardmod?

Side note I find emuNANDTool_1.0.1.exe and emuNANDTool_1.0.3.exe better for emunand dumping and restoring. Via pc its much faster.

Right but your not understanding me it seems. I already tf'd my 3ds. My first back up in section 1 is essentially the same one youd have me do in section 2. Since i already tf'd before section 1, there is no difference between the section 1 and 2 back up. So from what i can gather, there is no urpose to make a back up again

You don't have sysupdater installed in your emunand backup from step 1 so if you brick your emunand and need to restore you'd have to reinstall fbi and sysupdater again

Can anyone upload the original packs for New 3DS XL USA that had 4 sections. I am mainly interested in the pack that contains the emunand unbrick bat file. I want to use this to double check what OTP helper has done. If both match then I will be more willing to flash the unbricked emunand to sysnand. Thanks a lot.
