I have been looking for a replacement for my Windows XP SP2 Home Edition, and found some interesting stuff, but:

1. What is Windows XP SP2 DarkLight Edition, and is it an upgrade or a full OS

2. What is Winutuxu OS with Sp2

3. What is HawkPE-39 The Windows (BartPE)


I already have openSUSE and Ubuntu, but I need Windows for games and the .NET framework.

4. Any other decent NON-STANDARD OS's?

Like, you have 2 linux installs and want a windows install next to that? Triple boot ftw

Aanyway seems like you got all sorts of haxort Windows versions which in my experience aren't all that nice. Crystal XP is pretty light though which is nice on older machines.

Mac you say... Nah, I already have a double boot on a mac of OS X and Mac 2. RETRO!

Crystal XP? It appears to be a theme...

    There was a comparison of the number of Ibuprofen poisonings before and after they limited the maximum dosage per box or per pill (i'll look that up). No limit on the number of boxes you can still buy as many as you want, so people argued it was pointless.
