Original XBOX Duo GS X2 modchip-bad flash

I got a Duo GS X2 chip that had a bad flash on both part of the chip. I think a 256KB was flashed instead of 512KB on both bank. So the chip doesn't work. Im wondering if i could still flash the chip with a correct firmware using the Xbox. Xbox is a V1.4, its also softmodded (Backed up the HDD key on comp) , i just want to use the chip. I tried the eurasia flash disk, boots up with a black screen using DVD-/+R and CD-r.
