It really sounds like you need to reformat the card. Fat32 is for cards 32gb and larger. Fat would be used for cards 16gb and lower. Try using Fat.
Also, the lowest micro sd card I've seen is 2gb. I saw a 128mb minisd card. You may have a bogus card.

I have tried FAT (idk if I was able to format it as FAT32). I have even tried the Panasonic SDFormatter, it doesn't work :/ Also, this SDCard is 128M big, so... ye
