Hacking ordered acekard from gamezway....

on Friday, April 2 i ordered an acekard from gamezway and today(April 13)i still haven't got it.....do you think i got ripped off or am i worrying too much...

They have live support on their website, use that to contact them. Despite saying on their website that they have warehouses in the US & Canada, I wouldn't be surprised if it was coming from China.

I noticed many vendors advertise "Live Support" but they always seem to be online and prefer email or their in-house question system and then respond via email.

I've ordered from Gamezway before, I don't like them.
When I got a defective M3i Zero they didn't help me.

Anyways HK Post was closed until April 7. So that might count towards why its taking long.

Gamezway's great, I order in bulk from them. Anything by standard HK post is slow, especially to NZ. It can take almost a month (even longer over Christmas).
Courier speeds it up a ton.

If you wanted faster delivery then you should have ordered from a U.S. based store. 11 days so far isn't worth worrying about yet, assuming gamezway is located in Asia.

I ordered mine on april 4th and not received my acekard 2i. Their warehouse is at Hong Kong since the tracking # i received from them said the item left Hong Kong on April 10th. Since we ordered our product on the first week of April, they had to delay our shipment since there was a major holiday called Ching Ming (i think thats the holiday) on April 5th to April 7th. I'm guessing our acekard should arrive end of this week or early next week.

QUESTIONS: where do you go to find where your item is, is it the confirmation number?
if so where do you input the confirmation number?
is it coming with regular mail or something like ups?
