Order Status

Just woundering what the different order status meen.

1. awaiting payment: no brainer, waiting for payment
2. Awaiting fulfillment: they are collecting my items and packs it
3. Awaiting shipment: the items are packed and ready to be shipped
4. Pre-Order: ??
5. Shipped: no brainer, the package is shipped

On my last order I payed directly and got:
- Awaiting fulfillment (yesterday)
- Awaiting shipment (12 hours ago)
- Pre-Order (2 hours ago)

Then what does "pre-order" meen ?
If a package is waiting for shipment it must be packed, correct or not ?

I just want to understand whats going on.

as for preorder, I never had that happened to me, but I guess they realized they don't have it in stock and put your status on preorder
I stop ordering from shoptemp a long time ago, so I'm not sure how things have changed

I had the same thing happen to me.

I placed an order for (1) DSTWO and the item was instock that was on the !0/5 .

- Awaiting fulfillment (10/5)
- Awaiting shipment ()
- Pre-Order (Sometime this morning 10/7)

I'm not sure what "pre-order" meens either.

I would not have placed the order if it says pre-order only. I have place two orders prior and have had no issues at all.

apparently there's been unforeseeable DSTWO stock delays due to national holidays

if you are unhappy about that contact the support and they'll give you a refund very quickly
