can somebody pleas tell me what this means. i got a email from shoptemp saying my order was completed, but then i got a other email from shoptemp saying its Awaiting Fulfillment AGAIN.

does this mean that something went wrong with my order and they are trying to fix it or something else.

because i dont get it anymore
