The Vita launch is looking pretty dull to me.Guild McCommunist said:Slyakin said:Oh, come now. The 3DS isn't BAD. It's just having a bad first year. Chances are, it'll pick up by mid 2012.
Of course, that's not an excuse for Nintendo. They really messed up it's launch. The same could happen to the Vita, for all we know.
If Sony's website of titles launching at "system launch" is correct, then no, it won't.
It's not like they dropped the ball on launch and quickly recovered. They dropped the ball and it's been sitting there ever since. When the only decent Nintendo first parties are games you've already played and third party games are either few and far between or just rip offs and ports, then there's something wrong.
They dropped the ball and basically have just been staring at it since then. When the only thing that sells their system significantly better is a different color, then something is really wrong.
EDIT: But I digress. This is just an excuse for Nintendo to slap out another lame port/remake and then say that they're so "into their fans" instead of them just being the lazy asses they are. Fuck developing new games, we can port old ones!

Only game that is notable is Little Big Planet.
3DS will have better games by the time Vita comes out.

They want something that they will enjoy but you think is stupid, so that makes them stupid, your logic is flawless.Guild McCommunist said:FireGrey said:The Vita launch is looking pretty dull to me.

The 3DS still launched 9 months before it and it's sad that there should even be competition in library when the Vita launches. And seriously, outside of lazy remakes or ports, there's really little to the 3DS. "Operation Moonfall" is a perfect representation with what is wrong with the Nintendo fanbase. They'll want and buy any shit Nintendo makes with Mario or Zelda on it that they forget that they're basically buying into their lazy shit.

umm, really not trying to be a jerk, but it seems like you're the one being selfish. Many people would buy and enjoy this game but you're talking down on them because you don't like the idea.Guild McCommunist said:DeathStrudel said:They want something that they will enjoy but you think is stupid, so that makes them stupid, your logic is flawless.
So they're selfish then? Trying to get Nintendo to essentially take away time from other project's just for one lazy remake?

Some people have never played the game, some people like that it's portable. There's 2 legit reasons to buy this game, and I'm sure there are others. You act as though everyone who would want this is an idiot just because you personally see no reason for it.Guild McCommunist said:DeathStrudel said:umm, really not trying to be a jerk, but it seems like you're the one being selfish. Probably because I get sick of people buying into the same crap time and time again. So yes, I'm talking down on them for buying into the same shit and thinking it's reasonable to be charged $40 for essentially a port with slightly upped graphics and a few "whoop-di-do" features.

They are, and the- did anyone bother reading the OP?BlueStar said:I'd much rather they put the time and effort into making an actual original game worth buying a 3DS for. Didn't buy OoT, can't imagine I'd bother with this one either.
