Off-Topic:
Okay to settle the arguement of whether it has extra RAM or not.
IT DOES.
Proof:-
The onboard RAM is the Hynix HY5S5B6HLFP-6E
Info About the RAM
More info/proof
EDIT: and even more proof after that I opened my DSTWO up to doublecheck the information is correct, if you don't believe go open your own DSTWO.
Now stop your damn off-topic yapperin already.
On-Topic:-
As for using the Opera Browser on the DS via the DSTWO it would be possible yes but first it would have to be recoded to use the DSTWO's on-board memory and as said previously to do this you'd need the SDK, as far as I know I haven't heard anyting about the Supercard team releasing it yet.
So for the moment no it's not possible without slot-2 expansion.
EDIT2: typing failure -_-
