I want to try porting some old PC games to the 3DS and am not afraid of rewriting some DirectX 9 stuffs into OpenGL or any similar graphic API.
Is there any graphic library for the 3DS that support some basic shader? citro3D seems too scary for me because I can't code shaders in assembly.
Sorry for my bad engrish :'(

There is no official OpenGL (ES) implementation for 3DS homebrew. And there isn't a lot you can do anyway since the GPU doesn't have fragment shaders. No GLSL compiler either but this manual explains everything you need to know. Also look at the GPU examples for some basic shaders.
