Anyone struggling getting the right file to work might be due to cartridge id or something like that. I have all the files up to 10.3 on all regions, but there are two of each as there are two different cart id's or something to that effect.

Edit: these .bin files are for powersaves so they cannot be injected into a retail card via gateway, can they?

heres all the 10.4 payloads, extract, pick the file starting with "post"
for o3ds and the file starting with "N3DS" if you using n3ds there are two of each file one for each of the different cart ids. Rename to match your oot3d powersaves file
