Yeah, Pretty Much. I haven't updated mine yet in the case that it didn't work (so i still have a way to access homebrew) so i can fix any problem with the save if there is any

Yep, got a problem. I noticed it before I even tried adding the save... it says it's for New 3DS, and I have an Old 3DS. So it won't work.

ight gimme a few a sec ill change the save payload

*Edit* @BreakHisLegs There you go O3DS save file for 10.3, basically I just reinstalled the exploited save with your firmware version instead, doesn't matter what 3ds I have, as long as the exploit is for your specific system xD

Worked like a charm, I'm on 10.3 and I still have my homebrew. Thanks a bunch!

My instructions will only work for you if you have the save file with the proper payload for your console firmware version, seeing your from Vietnam, unless you are in possession of a N/O3DS save file for 10.3(E <---- I think this would be yours, not totally sure my world Geography isn't all that great from memory) my instructions for you will only be good after that point. Maybe someone else has the other firmware payloaded save files that they can upload for you to use, unfortunately I only have the saves for N/O3DS's for american consoles.

You updated to 10.3 and this person's save worked for you?
I also just updated to 10.3U on my N3DS and I can still access homebrew, I Also updated my Original Post with all the saves for any firmware between 9.9-10.3 for both Old and New 3DS Consoles. So if your on a version lower than 10.3 you can still get the proper (U) save file needed to access homebrew through Powersave on OoT

I thank you for your detail answer. I do have a 10.3 N3DS XL US version and a copy of US zelda OOT without any save on it. WIll I still be able to apply your method?

Perfect, all you need to do is download the N3DS file from my original post and put the 10.3 version in your powersaves local folder then just follow the instructions from my post and your good to go!

Thanks so much, it worked perfect for me as well.

I have updated my system to 10.3.0-28U for the old 3ds but the save files do not work for me. What can I do?
