I just woke up tend to play my 3ds game that was any of them as i began to play it updated on me and blocked my flash cart there tricky now i am bone i have no DSI or DS lite .

Update your DSTWO
If you can't borrow someone's DSi or DS lite, you can rename the update file to "dstwoupdateb.dat", put it on your MicroSD, try to start the flashcart and leave it at the "An error has occurred" screen for a good 20 minutes and it will update in the background. Make sure the charger is plugged in and you have enough battery in case the power goes out or something, because this method is a bit risky since you have no progress indicator.

Also turn your goddamned wifi and update settings off while you're at it.

You just need to update your DSTWO to the latest version of firmware. You can do that on a 3ds that's already been updated.

Download the latest DSTWO firmware. Rename the dstwoupdate.dat to dstwoupdateb.dat and put it on your microSD card. Load up the DSTWO in your 3ds and it should give you the game cannot be read error. Leave it at that screen for at least 5 minutes then shut off the console. Delete that dstwoupdateb.dat file off of your DSTWO and you should updated and ready to go.

If you have a DS2 there's a way to update it without being able to properly run it. I think you rename the update file to updateb.dat or something similar, someone else should eb able to provide better instructions. This is somewhat dangerous though as you can't really tell when it's finished.

I still have automatic updates on, I just press cancel on the update notification, and update my DSTWO first. I don't use my 3DS daily so by the time I get the notification there's already an update out for the DSTWO

Just ordered my DSTwo super card, knowing it works on the latest 3ds software with update 1.23 I can rest easy. I'm going to keep my crappy R4i SDHC for my DS Lite seeing I can't upgrade that cards Kernel. Last time I buy a R4 card. Hopefully you get your Kart sorted out Steve007.
