Hacking Online with M3 Simply

Hi!
I've got a problem with my M3 Simply.
BeUp can't connect with my Nintendo Wifi Connector. I read something about a patch to fix this problem, but can't find it..
And another question:
Does the Opera DS Browser rom work with a M3 Simply?

You need a slot-1 and a slot-2 flash cart (or the original Opera RAM cartridge).
My M3 Simply is in backorder, I'm dying to test it (and hopefully get it to work actually...)
