i wonder if something similiar to the current scene release site http://3ds.essh.co/ can be done =with working rsf and desc etc...,this would make things much more streamlined and noob friendly

With liomajor's scrpit, you don't even need to edit the rsf :
- Download this : https://gbatemp.net/threads/release-exinjector-inject-original-exheaders-into-repacked-roms.373839/page-5#post-5152864
- If you don't have it, install Python 2.7 (not 3.4 or another version, just 2.7) and add C:\Python27; to the Windows path.
- Open slot0x25KeyX.bin in a HEX editor and replace the 0 key with the 7.X key- Get your xorpads with your 3ds : https://gbatemp.net/threads/tutorial-converting-3ds-to-cia-for-dummies.373722/ (Step 1.a and 1.b)
- Put your xorpads and your rom in the 3ds_to_cia folder then just drag and rop you rom on the make.bat file.
