I'm trying to downgrade 10.3, but I seem to have the Update Nag and I can't bypass it. It's it possible to bypass it? It seemed possible a month ago, yet I can't do it. Thank you in advance!

Set the date of the 3DS to january 1st 2000 then launch the internet browser and click 'Initialize save data' and the nag will disapear
