OLED switch no longer works

Hello
I installed an OLED switch with a Picofly chip. I did it correctly, and since then, my switch no longer starts, even in OFW mode. I don't think there's a short circuit. Do you have any ideas?

We need pictures of your install/soldering/readings across your points to further help you... only saying you "did it correctly" is very vague and too general to throw out suggestive help.
