oled modchip installers near cardiff/in cardiff

i am looking to install a modchip inside my oled switch. i do not have micro-soldering experience so looking for an experienced person to do this. I would rather drop off my oled rather than posting it so if your near cardiff/in cardiff please let me know. if anyody has any suggestions where i can take the chip and oled to get it done please me let me know. I can also provide a video step by step tutorial to the person soldering if needed.

Have you tried asking around local phone/pc repair shops? I did a quick google for 'cardiff bga reball' and found these:
